Adam Spencer

Adam is a yogi and personal trainer from Gorey and will be offering yoga and breathwork and small group and 1:1 personal training sessions. Adam has trained with Yogi’s in the States, Marrakech, the Netherlands and India and has a unique knowledge base for somebody so young.
